The Registration Fee is RM10 (NON-REFUNDABLE!!!)
Registration Forms must be submitted, and fee paid by the 31st of August 2008, no later than 6pm.
If you are submitting more than one manga, each additional manga is RM5 per submission.
To make your payment, you can either bank-in direct OR made cheque payable to:

(Please fax a copy deposit slip for our record)
You will be notified by email / phone once you have registered or submitted your manga.
